If you like to have a cocktail occasionally, keep your cash out of the casino if you plan to do your drinking in a casino. I'm serious. Clean out your pocketbook, your wallet, and leave all cash, plastic credit and checks out of the casino. Take only the money you intend to spend on alcohol, tipping and whatever pocket change you expect to throw away and leave the rest behind.

Contemptuous? Not really. Realistic more like. You could have a win following a intoxicated night out with your buddies and be lucky enough to hook a marathon roll at a smokin craps game. Hang on to that adventure considering that it is as short-lived as it gets if you always drink and bet. The two simply do not go well together.

Leaving your money at home is a little dramatic, but precautionary measures for dramatic behavior is compulsory. If you bet to profit, then do not drink and play. If you like to be wasteful with your $$$$ nary a concern, then consume all the gratuitous beer your stomach are able to handle, but don't take credit cards and checkbooks to toss into the mix of going after losses after your hooched up head loses all the cash!

Allow me to carry this one step more. Don't drink and then hop on to the internet to play in your best-liked casino either. I enjoy a beer from the comfort of my house, but since I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep plastic credit at my fingertips, I can not consume alcohol and wager.

What's the reason? Although I don't consume alcohol to excess, when I drink alcohol, it's absolutely enough to befuddle my common sense. I bet, so I do not drink alcohol when betting. If you are more of a drinker, don't bet when you do. When mixed, both create a decimating, and costly, drink.
