If you enjoy having a a drink every so often, leave your cash at home if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I'm serious. Empty your handbag, your money belt, and keep all cash, charge cards and cheques out of the casino. Only take only the money you intend to use on alcohol, tips and whatever pocket change you anticipate to throw away and keep the rest behind.

Cynical? Not by any means. Realistic more like. You might experience a win following a boozy night out with your comrades and be lucky sufficiently to catch a 25 minute roll at a on fire craps game. Keep that story because it's as short-lived as it gets if you consistently drink alcohol and gamble. The pair just do not go well together.

Keeping your moolah back at the hotel is a tiny bit drastic, but defensive actions for drastic behavior is required. If you bet to profit, then don't drink alcohol and bet. If you can afford to throw away your $$$$ without a worry, then drink all the gratis beer you are able to handle, but do not take charge cards and checkbooks to throw into the mix of chasing squanderings after your dead drunk head loses all the cash!

Allow me to carry this one step more. Don't consume alcohol and then hop on to the internet to play in your preferred internet casino either. I enjoy a cocktail from the coziness of my abode, however considering that I'm linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have credit cards in close proximity, I can not drink and gamble.

How come? Even though I don't drink to excess, once I drink, it is definitely adequate to befuddle my better judgment. I wager, so I do not drink when wagering. If you are more of a drinker, do not wager when you do. Both create an awful, and expensive, cocktail.
